Your Design Journey
Our interior design process is tailored to provide a seamless and transparent experience. It is divided into four distinct phases, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision and project requirements.
1. Preparation and Briefing
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your requirements, preferences, and project goals. During this meeting, we outline the design process, review your ideas. This session includes a thorough discussion with our design expert to clarify all aspects, ensuring that the foundation of the project is solid and well-planned.
2. Concept Design
Using the insights gathered during the briefing, our team develops an initial design concept tailored to your needs and preferences. This includes creating a 3D visual representation, a proposed furniture layout, an outline of material specifications, and an estimated cost plan for the fit-out work. At this stage, we welcome feedback and revisions to refine the concept until it fully aligns with your expectations. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear and visualized design roadmap for your project.
3. Coordination with the Customer
In this phase, we work closely with you to finalize the design. Together, we select the physical finishes, materials, and products for the project. We also present our material library to help you explore options and make informed decisions. A more detailed and finalized cost plan for the fit-out works is provided, ensuring transparency and practicality in budgeting. This collaborative process guarantees that the project is ready to move into execution with confidence.
4. Technical Design
Our team prepares all the technical drawings, documents, and permits required to commence the fit-out work. This includes comprehensive plans for structural, electrical, and mechanical elements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Alongside these, we finalize a detailed cost plan, providing a clear understanding of the financial requirements for the project. This phase ensures everything is in place for a smooth transition to project execution.
